How we approach this service
We start with a discovery call to understand the role, the team context and what a successful hire looks like for your organisation. From there we design the search process, define the evaluation criteria and activate our network in Australia and Latin America. We present a shortlist of three to five qualified candidates with an executive report on each one and our recommendation. We coordinate the interview process, support the offer negotiation and follow up at 30 and 60 days after placement.
